Super7 has put up for pre-sale a new special version of its ReAction Rock action figure of American musician Jimi Hendrix painted with paint that reacts to black light.
What Jimi Hendrix Are You Experienced? Blacklight ReAction Figure captures the guitarist in his whimsical, psychedelic outfit painted with brightly colored paints that glow fluorescent when exposed to black light.
The outfit was inspired by the yellow cover, created by graphic designer Karl Ferris, of the album Are You Experienced, the first studio album by the band The Jimi Hendrix Experience from 1967.
The Jimi Hendrix Are You Experienced? Blacklight ReAction measures approximately 9.5 cm tall, has 5 points of articulation and is officially licensed. The figure comes in blister packaging with a psychedelic illustration of Jimi Hendrix playing his guitar and a special flocked finish.
The Jimi Hendrix Are You Experienced? Black Light ReAction Figure costs US$20 on pre-order from Entertainment Earth, which accepts orders from Brazil.
