Why did Riot disable the Emporium in 2022?

LoL’s last Blue Essence Store was in mid-2022; since then she has not returned to the game. Riot explained that it required a lot of effort from the development team to work, which could cause delays in events, quests, and other things.

How to get Blue Essence?

The most popular way to get Blue Essence in LoL is by disenchanting champion shards, given when you level up. The good news is that with the new functionality of League of Legends, it is possible to do this in large batches.

Is it possible to buy Blue Essence?
