When will GTA 6 be released? Take-Two report gives possible hint

It is worth remembering that an industry fiscal year begins every April and ends every March. The drop in Take-Two’s earnings expectations, in this case, refers to the next fiscal period — which begins in April 2024 and ends in March 2025.

If Take-Two really had plans to release the sequel in the first three months of 2025, earnings forecasts would certainly be much higher. “US$7 billion does not mean GTA in fiscal year 2025,” the analysts’ report said. “We can only assume that GTA 6 it came out of fiscal year 2025, a period that was in line with our previous expectation.”
