Neca has announced a new Ultimate 7-Inch action figure from the excellent sci-fi horror film The Thing directed by John Carpenter in 1982.
The MacReady (Last Stand) Version 3 The Thing Ultimate 7-Inch Action Figure captures the helicopter pilot, one of 12 members of an Antarctic research station, with two interchangeable heads featuring actor Kurt Russell’s features: one with a blue hood and another without showing her hair from the 80s.
MacReady (Last Stand) The Thing Ultimate Figure comes dressed in sculpted clothing copying the costume used to hunt the imposter alien, including a jacket with dynamite sticks and several scale accessories such as a removable hat, several Molotov cocktail bottles that fit on the belt, revolver and holster, flashlight, lit flare and detonator.
The RJ MacReady (Last Stand) Ultimate measures approximately 17.8 cm (7″) tall and comes with several interchangeable hands with and without gloves for different functions. The figure is officially licensed and comes packaged in a deluxe collector’s box with a flap, window and illustrations inspired by the film.
The MacReady (Last Stand) The Thing Neca Ultimate action figure costs US$36.99 on pre-order from Entertainment Earth, which accepts orders from Brazil.
