Mattel has released a Barbie Signature Music Series doll in honor of the famous and award-winning Cuban singer-songwriter Gloria Estefan.
Gloria Estefan Barbie Signature Music Series Doll For Collectors comes with an outfit inspired by the music video for the 1989 chart-topper “Get on Your Feet,” including a black jacket with intricate gold details and colorful jewelry, and a shiny gold bustier and large, dramatic lace right sleeve.
The Queen of Latin Pop also wears a soft leopard belt with a gold chain around her waist and bold high boots, also with a leopard pattern, as well as gold accessories and jewelry to complete the look. The three-time Grammy winner’s doll comes with a black microphone accessory.
The doll is officially licensed and approved by Gloria Estefan and comes in a collector’s box with a large clear window, photos and brief bio on the back, as well as a certificate of authenticity.
The Gloria Estefan Barbie Signature Music Series Doll costs US$59.99 on pre-order from Entertainment Earth, which accepts orders from Brazil.
