A FURY went through bad moments before and after the entries of FalleN e Chelo in the starting lineup. Without the possibility of changing the past, the quintet is working to evolve its relationship and, consequently, its game for the next championships. This evolution so far is timid, but constant.

Hope for what’s to come

The last championships disputed by FURIA are for the fans to forget. There were early eliminations with the team in the last positions of the competitions. In addition, the quintet could not present a consistent game and in the way that the fans expected for the names in the team.

However, that changed in the last competition. At Pinnacle Cup V, FURIA showed a more qualified game in the competition. That’s why he managed to reach the final. The result was not what the fans wanted – the title –, but it made FalleN and company supporters hope for better days.

This hope is not only given in the final placement of the team, but also for what the players presented during the competition. The decision was fatal. The replacement of KSCERATO by wars due to the player’s health conditions, it contributed to FURIA not keeping the Pinnacle Cup V trophy.

But what the fans most expected, they got: more consistent performances and a posture on the server that gives hope for better days. The path started a little less than two months ago, but we can see some signs of evolution.

an important step

Now, FURIA will have a quarry ahead: the ESL Pro League Season 18. After the early eliminations in the IEM Cologne 2023 e Gamers8 2023the two Tier-S competitions that the team played with FalleN and chelo, the Brazilian team will have another high-level tournament ahead.

In addition to taking the championship as an excellent opportunity for evolution and correction of errors, ESL Pro League S18 will also allow the squad, coaching staff and staff to analyze where the quintet is in relation to the top teams on the international scene.

However, this does not mean that FURIA will take ESL Pro League S18 as a preparatory tournament. Or shouldn’t do that. Past results are still very bad and the team needs a convincing performance in a high-level championship like the league.

And convincing performance does not necessarily mean advancing to the final stages or being champion, but presenting yourself in a consistent manner and with a CS:GO able to beat the best. FURIA needs to show, once again, that the evolution in training will be reflected in the servers. Show your fans what they want to see: quality Counter-Strike.
