This Thursday (17), Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III finally got an official reveal trailer. In it, it is possible to check a little more about the plot “blockbuster” of the title, which brings back the infamous Makarov as the main antagonist — as shown in the latest preview released. This time, the scale of the conflict gained global proportions, with Enemy forces seeking to start a new World War.

The sequence presents the Team Bravo on a raid on what appears to be a maximum security prison — to the sound of a cover of (Don’t Fear) The Reaper, by the band Blue Öyster Cult. Presumably, the heroes are in pursuit of Makarov and his possible connection to the Russian government. In a tense atmosphere, the excerpts show several terrorist attacksincluding civilian deaths, underlining the severity of the threat.

In this context, the end of the trailer is crowned with the preview of one of the most controversial and controversial missions in the gaming world.
