According to the text of the Official diary, the crime of Cyberbullying appears when “bullying is carried out through computer networks, social networks, applications, online games or by any other means, or digital environment, or transmitted in real time“.

The new law also introduces into the Child and Adolescent Statute (ECA) the penalization of parents or guardians who do not intentionally report the disappearance of children or adolescents to the police.
