Italian toy manufacturer, Giochi Preziosi has agreed to the sale of its 50 per cent stake in Prenatal Retail Group to Artsana.
The new deal will mean Artsana will control 100 per cent of the previous joint venture with Giochi Preziosi.
Back in 2015, Artsana had created the joint venture together with Giochi Preziosi, merging the retail business of the two companies or of 551 shops all over Europe with the brands Toy Centre, King Jouet, Prenatal and Bimbostore.
Artsana will now pay 105 million euros to Giochi Preziosi a sum made up of 97 million euros for the 50 per cent stake.
