Although Bida does not yet have a defined project for next year, the narrator intends to “return to his roots” and try some opportunities in CS2. In his statement, he said “following a new/old path”, and in an interview with the GameArena website he confirmed his desire to return to narrating CS. even if he has to get used to several of the game’s new features.

Before joining Riot Games, Bida was one of the main CS:GO narrators in the country, but he saw opportunities in the scene diminishing, while Riot arrived with everything with VALORANT.

I would like to start by thanking Riot Games for being my home these last 3 years. Before the launch of Valorant, I never imagined that I would have the opportunity to go through this company that is dedicated both to the development of its game and its community.

I am immensely grateful for the incredible journey I have experienced. I gave up being able to vary my narrated games, in exchange, I closely followed the birth of one of the biggest esports.

Lots of love involved in all stages of development. To my broadcast colleagues, this also includes the people off camera, I think we did an exemplary job. I dare say that we were the best casting team in Brazil for a few years, but I may be being clubby. I will miss working with you!

And now BiDa? In 2024, I chose to follow a new/old path, I am Free Agent, that is, free to receive proposals for any tournament or to seek my own broadcasts. I don’t know what the future holds for me, but I’m eager to find out.

Tixinha leaves Riot after 10 years

Like Bida, Tixinha also participated in the arrival of competitive VALORANT in Brazil, but the narrator was already at Riot long before that. For a long time he was one of the voices of CBLOL, the Brazilian League of Legends championship. This year, he completed 10 years of Riot Games.

Although the narrator is open to opportunities, he highlighted that he should continue in VALORANT, but in a more independent way. See Tixinha’s message in full:

Thank you Riot Games. Today I end my cycle with Riot, I was part of the casters team since 2013 as a freelancer and was hired in 2015, I had the greatest experiences of my personal and professional life, I have no words to thank this company, its games and the people who they are in it they did for me.

By my choice I decided not to renew the contract for 2024, the time has come to look for some new things in my career, to make other dreams come true and give
different steps in my life. That said, I become a free agent in the market, ready and prepared to work with “Casting, Org Influencer, Streamer, Bet/Casinos, Brands, Projects and whatever else I want”.

It’s a very strange feeling, I don’t know what my life has been like in the last 10 years without the routine I had with Riot, I’m anxious, scared and excited. You will see a new Tixinha, realizing new dreams, executing new projects and growing our community even further.

My focus will continue on Valorant with many Watchparties, rankeds, projects, etc., but you never know what path life will take me. To all the casters who worked with me during these 10 years, thank you very much, you taught me a lot, helped me a lot and made me the guy I am
today. I won’t name them all, as there were many, but know that I have enormous affection for everything we did together during this time.

I would like to thank 2 names in specific in this text. Tiago Galassi and Fernando Svevo. You trusted me, believed in my potential and forced me to be better, more professional and more correct. My career wouldn’t be like this at all if it weren’t for you, so thank you!

To all Riot employees, production and backstage staff, the kindness I have always been treated with will never be forgotten, you are an important part of all of this too, thank you! To all the fans who followed me on LOL and VALORANT, know that your affection is by far the most important thing and you have always been by my side. I hope you continue to accompany me in 2024, on this new journey. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
