Hallmark has released a cool pair of bookends from one of the most iconic episodes of the classic television series Star Trek The Original Series created by Gene Roddenberry.

The Star Trek Mirror, Mirror Captain Kirk Bookends Set of 2 bookends were inspired by the historic episode “Mirror, Mirror”, the fourth episode of the series’ second season that originally aired on October 6, 1967.

In the episode, an unexpected ionic storm causes a teleportation malfunction and sends Captain James T. Kirk, Dr. Leonard McCoy, Scotty and Uhura to the ISS Enterprise (“Imperial Starship”) in a brutal parallel universe.

The Star Trek Mirror, Mirror Captain Kirk Bookends set reproduces on one side the uniform of the normal Captain Kirk of the Federation of Planets and on the other side the uniform of the Terran Empire.

The bookends are made from heavy metal, have been officially licensed, and are perfect for organizing your Star Trek book, comic, or Blu-ray collection. They measure approximately 28 cm wide by 17 cm high by 11.4 cm deep.

The Star Trek Mirror, Mirror Captain Kirk Bookends Set is $39.99 directly from the Hallmark Store.
