Kidrobot has launched an incredible Phunny plush doll inspired by The Scream. Norwegian painter and printmaker Edvard Munch (1863–1944), known for exploring themes of anxiety, death, and alienation, painted four versions of the famous painting using different techniques. His innovative style influenced Expressionism and left a lasting legacy in modern art.
The Edvard Munch: The Scream Phunny Plush plush doll reproduces in three dimensions the androgynous and stylized figure, with his expression of extreme despair and hands that press his face while his open mouth and wide eyes reflect anguish and a deep feeling of distress.
Edvard Munch: The Scream Phunny Plush has embroidered eyes and mouth and comes sitting, like all the dolls in the line. It is made from high quality polyester plush and measures approximately 19cm (7.5”) tall.
The Edvard Munch: The Scream Phunny Plush plush doll costs US$16.99 on pre-order from Entertainment Earth, which accepts orders from Brazil.
