Keeping the peace, whatever the cost
The trailer begins with the Peacemaker performing his signature dance, before clashing with the Fire God Liu Kang. John Cena’s performance is immediately recognizable, both in the character’s voice and appearance.
The gameplay shows an interesting mix of hand-to-hand combat and the use of firearms, highlighting that, despite being armed, the Peacemaker is not limited to being a long-range character. He is seen throwing powerful punches, using his shield to launch opponents into the air and even summoning his pet eagle to attack enemies.
Additionally, the trailer gives us a glimpse of the creative use of the “hero’s” helmet, which serves as both a shield and a weapon, capable of launching a torpedo at opponents. The fatality presented is spectacular, with the character activating a jetpack and launching himself at incredible speed against his opponent, dividing him in half followed by a shock wave that disintegrates the flesh, leaving only the skeletal torso.

The Peacemaker is not only the second guest character from a comic book universe to join MK1, but it also reinforces the trend of including famous figures from popular works in the game, following in the footsteps of Omni-Man and Homelander.
Its arrival is scheduled for early access on February 28th, with the full launch scheduled for March 6th.
