New Fable gets trailer and release window at Xbox event; check out!

After the premieres of Starfield e Hellblade 2Microsoft’s next big adventure will be set in a medieval universe full of fantasy. Looking forward to the new Fable? Know that the sequel will be released in 2025 for Xbox Series X|S, Game Pass and PC, although the date is still a mystery. If you were hoping for a debut on PlayStation 5, know that it won’t happen — at least for now.

Originally announced in July 2020, the new game in the acclaimed fantasy franchise has had little news since then. Its last major appearance was during the Xbox showcase last year, when Playground Games, the studio that is also responsible for Forza Horizonshowed a beautiful preview of the game.

Now, a new trailer for Fable It was also released at the Xbox Showcase this Sunday (09) and showed several gameplay scenes from the sequence. The game really looks like a full plate for eager fans. Check out:

The new Fable promises to bring back the classic atmosphere of the franchise. For those unfamiliar, the series was created by Lionhead Studios in 2004 and was quite successful in the fantasy RPG genre, bringing a dense story that shaped the character according to their own choices.

The future of Xbox looks very promising indeed. In addition to the premieres of the awaited Starfield e Hellblade 2 in 2024, Microsoft already has a respectable line-up for the coming months/years.

In addition to Indiana Jones and the Great Circle e Avowedthe new Fable, DOOM: The Dark Ages e Call of Duty Black Ops 6 they also come there. Of course, up front we will also have what we have been waiting for The Elder Scrolls 6 — but that’s a conversation for later.
