Record audience at LCK 2024 final

What made this LCK 2024 final so watched?

One of the reasons why the LCK final was so watched was precisely the entire narrative of the tournament. GEn.G and T1 faced each other in the last four finals, and T1 won only one of them, still in the first split of 2022.

Furthermore, Faker’s team had been having problems, but surprisingly managed to reach the finals, so the fans’ hope that they could break Chovy’s dynasty also helped the occasion to have such a large audience.

Combined with all this, we had a series of five games in which Gen.G turned from 2-1 to 3-2.
