Firewatch story and gameplay

Players embody Henry, a man who takes on the role of a park ranger to escape personal dilemmas. The title is set in the Shoshone National Forest, in Wyoming, USA, in 1989.

Communication between Henry and his colleague Delilah via walkie-talkie triggers an engaging plot during daily patrols, revealing the protagonists’ deep insecurities. In addition to experiencing conversations between characters, the player makes choices and explores the location to uncover a mystery.
