Aquarius has launched two Christmas decks inspired by the funniest Christmas comedy in cinemas, the classic film Christmas Holidays, written by John Hughes and directed by the duo Jeremiah S. Chechik and Charles Picerni Sr. in 1989.
The Christmas Vacation Shaped Playing Cards deck comes with 54 cards, including two duringas, cut into the shape of a Christmas wreath with patriarch Clark Griswold (Chevy Chase) in the center wearing a Santa Claus hat. The letters measure 8.6 cm by 8.6 cm and are decorated with photos, which are not repeated, taken directly from the film and including the rest of the family: Ellen, Russ and Audrey among others.
The Christmas Vacation Photos Playing Cards deck also comes with 54 cards (two jokers) with a normal rectangular shape and green backgrounds framing photos of the characters in different hilarious situations from the films, including cousin Eddie (Randy Quaid), grandfather Clark Wilhelm Griswold, Sr. . and Aunt Bethany among many others. The cards have a linen finish and are the official poker size of 6.35 by 8.89 centimeters.
