2K recently revealed that it would announce the next chapter of one of its biggest and most popular franchises during the Summer Game Fest 2024 presentation. Well, after several speculations that it could be MAFIA 4 or Borderlands 4it was confirmed that, in fact, it is Civilization VII — which will be released in 2025.
During the presentation of the event, Firaxis confirmed that Civilization VII will be released next year for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PC and Nintendo Switch. The full reveal of the sequel will be made in August — but it is now possible to add the title to the platforms’ wish list. Check out the trailer:
