Now, the studio has finally confirmed more news about the project, which is called A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead. The title will be released in 2024 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC (Steam), although the exact date has not yet been revealed. Check out the reveal trailer:

The game of A Quiet Place is a first-person horror adventure and is being developed by Stormind Gamesan independent Italian studio responsible for other horror franchises — such as Remothered and the action RPG Batora: Lost Haven.

A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead will have an original story

A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead will have an original story and will star a young survivor, who must face the terrible apocalypse and overcome all kinds of threats. The main one, of course, will be the alien monsters that follow their prey based on their super sensitive hearing.

The premise, apparently, is very similar to that of Alien: Isolationwhere the player must run away and hide while the Xenomorph hunts him inside a ship. Here, any slightest noise can be fatal, but it is not yet clear whether the microphone will play any role in the gameplay.

“Capturing the frenzied terror, unnerving atmosphere and compelling human drama that made the franchise famous, A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead was designed for fans of horror films, games and story-driven adventures,” Saber Interactive said.
