Future Games Show: see a summary of the games from the Summer Game Fest event

The Future Games Show is one of the traditional events of the Summer Game Fest season, which shakes up the announcement period that was previously marked by E3. This time, the broadcast brought information about several games known to the public, but also some surprises. Among them, it is worth highlighting: Nikoderiko: The Magical World, Eriksholm: The Stolen Dream, Sacrifirebetween others.

Bogdan’s Cross

With a medieval theme and beautiful stylized visuals, Bogdan’s Cross is an action and adventure game that is on its way to PC, without a set date yet.

First Dwart

First Dwart is a new exploration and survival game in which the main character can build a civilization and face dangers inside a robot. It will be available, in Early Access, from June 19th on PC.

Nobody Wants to Die

An adventure that mixes cyberpunk and noir elements, with detective elements. The launch will take place later this year for PC, PS5 and Xbox Series.

Detective Dotson

Located in India, Detective Dotson is an adventure game with pixel art visuals in which the protagonist has to use parkour techniques and disguises to investigate his father’s murder.

The game arrives later this year for PC and a demo version is now available on the Steam platform.

In Sink

In Sink is a multiplayer puzzle game in which players have to interact with elements of the scene to solve mysteries and escape their respective rooms. The idea is for players to be in sync to achieve objectives. A demo is available on Steam.

Dredge: The Iron Rig

Scheduled for August 15th for all platforms, Dredge: The Iron Rig is a DLC for the maritime and fishing adventure game, which received a gameplay trailer during the Future Games Show. The content arrives on August 15th for all platforms.

Parcel Corps

Scheduled for September 3rd, Parcel Corps is a bicycle game in which players perform extreme maneuvers to make deliveries. It has versions for PC, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series.

Screen Bound

Screen Bound, which recently went viral on social media, received a new gameplay trailer during the Future Games Show. No release date yet, it draws attention for presenting 2D and 3D gameplay perspectives at the same timeusing a Game Boy as a reference so that the mechanics talk to each other.

Happy Bastards

No release date planned, Happy Bastards is a new open-world tactical game with cartoonish visuals that is in development for PC.

The Precinct

Inspired by classic games GTAwith a view from the top, The Precinct arrives on August 15th for PC, PS5 and Xbox Series. The game is described as an open-ended police RPG.

Sacrifire

With beautiful visuals that mix pixel art characters and 3D scenarios, Sacrifire received a new gameplay trailer during the Future Games Show. The game has 2D platform sessions and combat that promises to be unique, mixing turns and action, while at the same time reminiscent of JRPGS classics.

The game does not yet have a release date, but a demo is now available on the Steam platform.

Space Marine 2

Warhammer 40K: Space Marine 2 got a new gameplay video that shows more of its third-person action. It also draws a lot of attention for its visuals, which raise the quality level of the series.

The game arrives on September 9th for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series.

Goat Simulator 3: Multiverse of Nonsense

Goat Simulator 3 had a DLC revealed. Entitled Multiverse of Nonsensethe content does justice to the name and features many games with well-known works, including Fortnite, Fire Ring and even Avengers.

The launch is scheduled for June 19th on all platforms.

Eriksholm: The Stolen Dream

Described as a stealth strategy game, Eriksholm It draws attention for its visual quality and animations, in addition to being very focused on the narrative with its setting inspired by the beginning of the 20th century.

The game also promises three protagonists, each with their own skills and particularities to overcome obstacles and puzzles. The release is scheduled for sometime in 2025, including versions for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series.

Dustborn

Dustborn is an interesting narrative adventure game, inspired by comic books, in which players embark on a risky journey through the Divided States of America.

The protagonist, Pax, is a mutant capable of turning her words into weapons and must use this power to carry out a job: cross the American Republic to deliver an important package and seek a new life. The game arrives on PC, PlayStation and Xbox on August 20th.

Enter the Chronosphere

Described as a “turn-based bullet hell”, Enter the Chronosphere bets on a mechanic in which shots and enemies move according to the player’s decisions, closely resembling the formula of Super hot.

The game does not yet have a release date.

Eternal Strands

Eternal Strands It doesn’t have a release date yet, but it’s in development for PC, PS5 and Xbox Series. The game takes place in a fantasy world where the player can combine magical abilities with an arsenal of weapons to prevent the end of the world.

The Casting of Frank Stone

Located in the universe of Dead By Daylight, The Casting of Frank Stone gained new details during the Future Games Show. The game is a collaboration between Supermassive Games and Behavior Interactive and promises a strong focus on narrative and psychological horror.

Additionally, there will be mechanics that decide the fate of characters. It will arrive in 2024 with versions for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series.

Nikoderiko: The Magical World

Nikoderiko: The Magical World is an unusual mix between Crash Bandicoot e Donkey Kong, as it plays with 2D and 3D perspectives in platform levels and has vibrant visuals. It is worth noting that the game is composed by David Wise, who also worked on the Nintendo franchise.

The launch is scheduled for the end of 2024, with versions for PC, PS5, Xbox Series and Nintendo Switch.
