Changes to Episode 8 modes + maps:
The modes will have the same map rotation as Competitive, so you’ll always play on the most relevant maps. Does not apply to MME and custom matches.

Icebox returns to VALORANT’s competitive rotation
The most notable change is the return of Icebox to the competitive rotation and the departure of Haven, who has been in the game since the Beta launch. The official VALORANT profile revealed that Lotus will undergo some changes to improve the game experience.
Another new feature is that there are some changes to the game modes in addition to the competitive one. With the exception of TDM and custom matches, all modes will use maps from the competitive rotation. Therefore, in non-classified and knockout matches there will no longer be Fracture e Pearl.
VALORANT changes
Since April 2023, Icebox has been missing from the rotation and Bind has returned to the game. Icebox has always been known for its unique and well-spaced horizontal locations, a complex center including pipe, kitchen, boiler and ramps. It is also the only map that presents “nests” which you can reach by using ziplines and planting the Spike.
