GTA 6 It is, without a doubt, one of the most anticipated games of recent years. The sequel was revealed with a beautiful trailer in December last year, when Rockstar also confirmed that the game will only be released for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S at first.. But what about PC players, what about?
Well, at a recent conference, the CEO of Take-Two (publisher that owns Rockstar), Strauss Zelnick, was asked about the absence of advertisement of GTA 6 for PC — and whether the sequel will, in fact, arrive on the platform later.

“Good, the lack of an advertisement is not something that can be set in stone, from what I can tell, because the only thing that happens after the lack of an ad is an ad, I suppose, or a continued lack of an ad. I think this can happen too. I don’t think this is definitive“, explained Zelnick at the conference.
“But Rockstar has an approach to platforms that we’ve seen before, and they will make more announcements in due course. I believe that the right strategy for our business is to be where the consumer is and, historically, what this company has done is approach consumers wherever they are, on whatever platform makes sense, over time”, concluded the executive.
Rockstar games don’t usually debut simultaneously on consoles and PC
What did Zelnick say about the launch of GTA 6 for PC makes a lot of sense. In the last big Rockstar games like Red Dead Redemption 2, GTA 5 e The blackfor example, the North American studio only made the games available on computers later.
The first Red Dead Redemption has not yet been released for PC, but according to Tez2a very famous dataminer in the data mining community GTAthis could happen very soon — 14 years after the first release for PS3 and Xbox 360.

Clear, The information is just rumors at the moment and nothing has been officially confirmedbut it’s worth noting that John Marston’s adventure is also coming to PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch in August 2023. So there’s still hope for PC gamers!
