In one of the Q&A threads on the official website, NPC Studio explains that, The studio is currently focused on optimizing the Early Access version on Steam, but will evaluate “possible ports at a later date.”
So yes: If there is enough demand, it is quite possible that NPC Studio will release Fields of Mistria in the future for PlayStation, Xbox and Switch consoles. While this may take some time, it is certainly good news!
