Ravensburger has started a new collection of very different puzzles with illustrations of abandoned places in decay and they already have some super cool models.
The Abandoned Places: Tattered Toy Store 1000 Pieces Jigsaw Puzzle puzzle reproduces the illustration of an old toy store from the 70s and 80s with the shelves and floor full of abandoned classic toys such as teddy bears, forgotten dolls, a game of boxing with robots and a gumball machine with chewing gum from decades ago.
Abandoned Places: Decaying Diner 1000 Pieces Jigsaw Puzzle captures a classic 1950s diner that is run down and dirty with booths with red and white upholstery, swivel stools at the counter, abandoned milkshake cups and plates, an old vending machine, coffee and a vintage jukebox music machine.
Each abandoned puzzle has 1,000 neatly defined pieces with Ravensburger’s perfect-fitting Softclick technology and made with a unique extra-thick cardboard backing along with linen-structured paper, so the printed image is vibrant, crisp and glare-free. Once finished it measures: 70 cm by 50 cm.
The illustrations are by artist Eduard, who studied Graphic Design at the Academy of Arts in Kharkiv, Ukraine, is part of Artbeat Studio, a collective of talented and successful artists, and is inspired by Albrecht Dürer.
Each puzzle in the Abandoned Places Jigsaw Puzzle line costs $22.99 on Amazon.com.
