Enesco Department56 has released an incredible architectural miniature of the Properties Villages line of the motel where the Canadian comedy series Schitt’s Creek, created and starring actor Eugene Levy and his son Dan, is set.
The Rosebud Motel Hot Properties Villages reproduces the Rose family’s decadent motel down to the smallest detail, with its quirky charm of straight lines and worn pastel colors, square windows and soda vending machines and the Elmdale Chronicle newspaper.
The Rosebud Motel Hot Properties Villages has a white chair and grass in the front with two trees in the back, in addition to being equipped with LEDs that illuminate the rooms and the sign with the motel’s name. The model is made of hand-painted resin and is officially licensed. Measures 16 cm high by 16 cm wide by 35 cm long.
