Today, developer Virtuos in partnership with Bethesda Game Studios has released a new update for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered, which aims to correct bugs and also improve RPG performance.

Important detail: This update (update 1.2) is being released on PC via steam in beta format and should definitely reach all platforms soon.

Performance improvements:

The update also includes adjustments that solve problems with map markers that disappeared and improvements in text display, including simplified Chinese punctuation corrections and translations in translations located for other languages.

The interface has also received special attention: the “alternating everything” button on the map screen now works properly as a holding command, and menus cutting problems have been resolved at specific resolutions such as 1280 × 1024. In addition, flaws were corrected in the character’s posture when opening the inventory after a quick trip, as well as a visual bug in the character’s skin when closing the menu.
