Monogram International has released two PVC Figural Bank coin safes featuring the rival duo from Sega’s Sonic the Hedgehog video game franchise.
The Shadow the Hedgehog PVC Figural Bank safe is shaped like an immortal anthropomorphic black hedgehog created by Professor Gerald Robotnik with its black, red and yellow coloring.
The Sonic the Hedgehog PVC Figural Bank reproduces the protagonist of the game series, the super-fast blue hedgehog with one hand on his waist and the finger of the other hand pointing upwards.
The piggy banks are made of high quality PVC plastic and have disproportionate “chibi” style heads. They are officially licensed by Sega and measure approximately 23 cm (9″) tall. The coins are inserted through slots, located behind the heads, and removed through trapdoors with plastic stoppers at each base.
