Aquarius has released two special Christmas puzzles for fans of the super fun comedy film Elf, directed by Jon Favreau and starring Will Ferrell in 2003.
The film tells the story of Buddy, a naive and optimistic human raised in the North Pole believing he was an elf, but who discovers his true origins and travels to New York to find his biological father, a cynical executive on Santa Claus’s “bad behavior” list.
The Elf 1000 Piece Glitter Snow Jigsaw Puzzle reproduces an image of the protagonist, played by the great actor and comedian Will Ferrell, in an exaggerated pose, surrounded by snow and dressed in his iconic green elf costume with yellow pants.
The Elf Collage 1000 Piece Jigsaw Puzzle brings together a collage of photos of scenes taken directly from the film with other characters such as his romantic interest Jovie (Zooey Deschanel), his adoptive father Papa Elf (Bob Newhart), the toy store manager Gimbels (Faizon Love) and Santa Claus (Ed Asner), as well as the elf Buddy himself and the logo.
Each puzzle has 1,000 pieces of thick paper with high-quality anti-glare printing, cut with a precision technique that ensures a perfect fit. They were officially licensed by New Line Cinema and once assembled they measure 50.8 cm by 71.12 cm.
