The PlayStation 6 console has not yet been officially revealed by Sony, but it is certainly in progress at this very moment in partnership with AMD, promising to offer great performance power.

Although official details are still unknown, we can be content with rumors, as a recent, estimating the power of PlayStation 6, which should be more powerful than the PlayStation 5 Pro, the most powerful console on the market today.

According to estimates, the PS6 will be twice as powerful than the PS5 Pro, with performance close to the NVIDIA RTX 4090 GPU. Predictions are from the YouTube channel “Moore’s Law is Dead”, based on technological progression, without concrete leaks.

The PS6 is expected to use AMD UDNA architecture with a Zen 5 CPU, allowing significant advances in performance. With this, the console can reach 4K to 120 fps and up to 8k to 60 fps, using upscaling technologies like PSSR.

At the same time, recent rumors claim that PS5 generation should last by 2029 with the arrival of PS6. The new console was supposed to be presented to the world in 2028.
