Pokémon Legends: Za wins gameplay showing lumiosis city, mega dragonitis and more

Pokémon Legends: Za is the newest game of this popular franchise of capturing creatures, which continued the differentiated gameplay style present in the previous title. Now Nintendo brought news from the title to fans while waiting for the release.

The newest trailer of the game introduced the MZ team, a team that protects the peace of Lumiosis City. The video also deepens more in the city’s exploration, where players will be able to capture Pokemons during the day and participate in a night competition against other coaches.

Explore the city of Lumiosis

During the day, coaches will be able to explore the vibrant city of Lumiosis and find Pokémon in wild zones, where there is a chance to stract from the powerful Alpha Pokémon – bigger than normal creatures, bright red eyes and extremely difficult to capture.

At night, players will be able to participate in Za Royale, a competition where it will be possible to rise from ranking facing increasingly strong coaches. One of the adversaries of the promotion matches will be Corbeau, head of a mysterious organization called the Reding Union, which acts in Lumiosis.

Many surprises await players in the city. Emma, a local detective, will ask for help in finding missing Pokémon, recovering lost items and even participating in occasional battles. It will also be possible to assist MABLE, interim director of the Pokémon Research Laboratory, which studies the behavior and growth of Pokémon populations. In return, coaches will receive MTS and other rewards.

MZ Team

As soon as Lumiosis arrives, players will be invited by Urban or Tanie to join the MZ team – a group dedicated to keeping peace in the city. In addition to the two, the group also has Naveen, a promising designer who fights alongside his Scragy, and reads, an aspiring professional dancer who battles with his partner Staryu.

Mega evolutions out of control

A strange phenomenon began to occur in lumiosis: some wild Pokémon are mega evolving on their own and getting into a state of fury. Quasartico Inc., the company responsible for revitalizing the city, will charge the player and the MZ team to investigate these cases. Together, they will face and calm several Evolved Mega Pokémon. Those who are successful in battles will receive mega stones as a reward.

New Mega Pokémon Evolved

Mega Dragonite is a new mega evolved form discovered. Its characteristics resemble those of Dragonair, with wings on the head and a pearl on the tail. Also, Mega Dragonitis is able to fly faster and from longer distances than ever.

Pokémon Legends: Za will be lit on October 16 for Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2.
