Coaches can recruit Pokémon for their teams and battle other coaches. Test recruitment allows a Pokémon to join the player’s team for a limited time – enabling Pokémon to immediately and test strategies.

Permanent recruitment uses victory points (PV) – obtained in various ways, such as ranked battles – to permanently add Pokémon to the player’s team. Players can also use PVs to train Pokémon according to their preferences, including changing status and skills.

There are three battle modes available in Pokémon Championswhich can be thrown in both simple battle and double battle:

• Ranked battles: Players test their skills against other coaches around the world. Coaches are divided into categories according to their skill level.

• Casual Battles: Coaches can test the performance of their teams against other coaches in a more relaxed atmosphere.

• Private Battles: Players can battle friends or family in the same room as the game.
