
New benchmarks show that the new NVIDIA RTX 5050 outperformed the RTX 3060 and performed nearly on par with the previous-generation RTX 4060. The tests were conducted by Inno3D, a Hong Kong-based GPU maker that shares a parent company with Zotac.

The RTX 5050 is NVIDIA’s entry-level 50-series graphics card, with just 8GB of GDDR6 and a maximum TDP of 130 watts. Announced last week , the card arrives at the end of the month.

Inno3D’s tests show that the RTX 5050 outperformed the RTX 4060 in several 3DMark tests, including Steel Nomad, Speed ​​Way, Port Royal, Fire Strike Ultra, and Fire Strike. The RTX 4060 scored better in two tests, TimeSpy Extreme and TimeSpy, but the advantage is less than 10% .
