Mortal Kombat 1 releases Omni-man and free Invasion mode update

The first major update for Mortal Kombat 1 finally arrived! The game received a package this Thursday (09) that brings the character Omni-man and partner fighter Tremor for the game.

The duo is available as a DLC and is part of Kombat Pack 1, which is sold for around R$170. The two fighters are also available to those who purchased the premium version of Mortal Kombat 1.

Omni-Man is the main antagonist of the animated series Invincible, which is currently receiving episodes of its second season. Voiced by JK Simmons, who made Spider-Man and Batman films, the character brings fatalities and brutalities inspired by scenes from the adult cartoonavailable on Prime Video.

Tremor is a character from the Mortal Kombat franchise who has elemental powers. The character returns in Mortal Kombat 1 in the cast of Kameo Fighters, partner fighters who perform special actions during fights.

How to play Omni-Man in Mortal Kombat 1

To play with the Omni-Man character, it is necessary to purchase the Kombat Pack or have the Premium version of Mortal Kombat 1. The content is available for prices starting at R$169.99 on Steam, PS5 and Xbox Series S and X.

Then, simply install the DLC for the character to be released. During launch, some Xbox players were experiencing a bug that prevented them from using the character. To grant access, it is necessary to enter the Mortal Kombat 1 settings, manage the installed content and click to download the character.
