Loungefly has announced a themed mini backpack to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the release of the excellent film Gremlins, which hit theaters on June 8, 1984 to great critical and public success.
The Gremlins 40th Anniversary Gizmo Mogwai Box Mini Backpack has a front pocket decorated with an applique of the Mogwai box, which Billy’s father buys from Mr. Wing’s shop in Chinatown, with the little, furry and adorable Gizmo sticking out out in cuddly plush 3D appliqué with embroidered details.
The Gremlins 40th Anniversary Gizmo Mogwai Box Mini Backpack comes with a silicone charm pendant with the Gremlins logo attached to the zipper and on the back it has three symbols printed with the three rules: no bright lights, no water and no food after midnight.
The backpack is made of polyurethane with details in appliqués, relief, embroidery, furry plush and prints. It is officially licensed by Amblin and Warner Bros. and measures approximately 22.86 cm by 26.7 cm and 11.4 cm deep.
The Gremlins 40th Anniversary Gizmo Mogwai Box Mini Backpack costs US$80 on pre-order from Entertainment Earth, which accepts orders from Brazil.
