Let’s start the year 2026 in style with a fantastic mini plush backpack inspired by the classic Asterix the Gaul comic series, about a village of indomitable Gallic warriors who venture across the world and fight against the Roman Republic, with the help of a magic potion, during the era of Julius Caesar.

The series, created by author René Goscinny and illustrator Albert Uderzo, was first published in the Franco-Belgian magazine Pilote, on October 29, 1959, in comic strip format. After Goscinny’s death in 1977, Uderzo took over writing until 2009 and in 2013, a new team took over the project with Didier Conrad (art) and Jean-Yves Ferri (script), who was replaced by Fabcaro (Fabrice Caro) in 2023. The series has 41 official books to date, with the most recent book, Asterix na Lusitânia, being released last year.

The Ideafix (Dogmatix) Asterix Plush Rucksack Backpack mini-backpack reproduces the head of the small, fearless and faithful dog of the menhir delivery man Obelix with white plush fur and an expressive face with a black snout and part of the ears.

The Ideafix Plush Backpack has a main compartment and front pocket closed with zippers, as well as adjustable straps. It is made by Puckator with 60% polyester and 40% nylon. It was officially licensed by the French publisher Les Éditions Albert-René, belonging to the Hachette Livre group, and measures approximately 30 cm in height.

The Ideafix (Dogmatix) Asterix Plush Rucksack Backpack is €19.95 at BDaddik.
