Microsoft is expected to announce new games for PS5 and Switch 2 soon, says Christopher Dring

Microsoft has slowly taken its games to other consoles as part of its strategy where “every screen is an Xbox.” With the recent Forza Horizon 5, the result was very positive, being one of the best selling games of the year on PS5.

Now it seems that another feature of Xbox games are prepared to reach new platforms. The information came from journalist Christopher Dering, who posted on his website that Microsoft would be preparing new ads for PS5 and Switch 2.

“The Xbox is expected to announce more gaming ports for other platforms, including Nintendo Switch 2 and PS5 in the coming weeks.”commented the journalist.

As revealed yesterday in US sales of the US, Forza Horizon 5 was not only the 6th best -selling game of the month, but also became the 11th of the whole year, showing that Microsoft’s strategy to take its games to other platforms has generated fruits.

Next month, we will also have the launch of Gears of War: Relaaded, which will reach the PS5 simultaneously. Sony has recently announced that it will take Helldivers 2 to Xbox, showing that it also wants to increase the reach of its games.
