LEGO has launched a sensational LEGO Ideas building kit for nostalgic photography lovers.
The LEGO Ideas Polaroid OneStep SX-70 Camera Kit (21345) has 516 blocks and pieces to build a super realistic version of the iconic OneStep instant camera originally released in 1977.
The Polaroid OneStep SX-70 LEGO model has all the details of the famous camera such as the side viewfinder, the central lens, the red shutter button that really clicks, the exposure compensation dial and the rainbow color spectrum, as well as of “Polaroid Land Camera”, “OneStep” and “1000” stickers.
The Polaroid OneStep SX-70 LEGO kit comes with pieces to build a Polaroid Time-Zero Supercolor SX-70 Land film pack containing 3 illustrated ‘photos’, including one of Polaroid inventor Edwin H. Land.
And the camera also “works”: choose a photo, load it into the camera, press the red shutter button and the photo will be ejected, just like the real version. The model has been officially licensed and is suitable for people over 18 years of age.
