A series based on the game God of War is in progress by Amazon Prime Video. Details such as history or even cast are still completely unknown, but there is a novelty.
Ronald D. Moore, known as for All Mankind, Battlestar Galactica, Star Trek and Outlander, is the showrunner of the series, which provided an important update.
According to him, the work in the script is in full swing, and the story itself promises to be amazing, rich and deep. Moore is working directly with Cory Barlog, creative director of the God of War games, which has broad knowledge of the franchise mythology.
“Well, I can’t get in the creative part much, but I can say that we are currently working on scripts, and this is an amazing franchise. It’s a deep mythology with several interconnected pieces.”
“I had a chance to meet Cory Barlog, who is the creative director of the games, and he is an extraordinary person who knows this mythology from cable to tail and keeps everything in his head. You can ask him a question, like“ explains to me why Kratos did it, ”and then he spends an hour, because he knows all color.”

He is impressed by the depth of mythology and the richness of the God of War universe, considering the fun project, although he never adapted a video game before.
The God of War series does not have a release date yet.
