Five Nights at Freddy’s 2 wins first trailer with scary animatronics

Universal Pictures Brazil’s official channel released today on YouTube, the first trailer dubbed for the Five Nights at Freddy’s sequence, based on the popular game of the same name.

Freddy’s first movie premiered with a record box office of $ 80 million in October 2023 and raised nearly $ 300 million worldwide.

In Five Nights at Freddy’s 2, a year has passed from the supernatural nightmare at Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza. The stories about what happened there were distorted and became an exaggerated local legend, inspiring the first Fazfest in town.

Former Security Mike (Josh Hutcherson) and police officer Vanessa (Elizabeth Lail) hid the truth from Mike’s 11-year sister Abby (Piper Rubio) about the fate of her animatronic friends.

But when Abby escapes to reconnect with Freddy, Bonnie, Chica and Foxy, this triggers a scary series of events, revealing dark secrets about the true origin of Freddy’s, and releasing a long -forgotten horror hidden by decades.

Five Nights at Freddy’s 2’s cast features the returns of Theodus Crane like Jeremiah and legendary Matthew Lillard as William Affon. The film features new characters played by Freddy Carter (Shadow and Bones, Pennyworth), Wayne Knight (Jurassic Park, Seinfeld), McKenna Grace (Ghostbusters franchise, Annabelle 3) and the Terror Skeet Ulrich icon (Panic, Riverdale).

Five Nights at Freddy’s 2 debut in the US on December 5. There is no date for Brazil so far.
