Dungeons & Dragons Classes e Subclasse no novo D&D.

Wizards of the Coast officially revealed the 48 subclasses that will be present in the Player’s Handbook 2024, in commemoration of the 50th anniversary of Dungeons & Dragons.

This release is much more than a simple update; it is a significant reimagining of the 5th Edition mechanics, maintaining the essence of the game but adapting it to the new demands of players.

As such, the new Player’s Handbook introduces substantial revisions to the character creation rules, offering a combination of new spells and reworks of old spells.

Wizards of the Coast has, in effect, overhauled each of the 12 core classes, rebalancing them and introducing new features.

At the same time, most of the subclasses from the 2014 handbook return, but now with significant improvements.

Additionally, 15 subclasses were added from other books or are completely new, while 16 existing ones were “revitalized,” receiving changes so substantial that, according to D&D designer Jeremy Crawford, they can be considered almost new.
