BGS 2023 starts this Wednesday (11): see fair map, address and highlights

Brasil Game Show (BGS) 2023 starts this Wednesday (11), the biggest electronic games event in Latin America. The fair will be held until next Sunday (15) at Expo Center Norte, which is located in the North Zone of the capital of São Paulo.

In terms of attractions, BGS 2023 will have several activities for various types of fans, including BGS Talks (presentations), BGS Cosplay (cosplay contest), BGS Conference (announcements), BGS Meet & Greet (meeting with artists and influencers) .

BGS 2023 will also have several international guests from the games industry. Guests will participate in panels, presentations and some in Meet & Greet.

Among the participants are names such as Jean Luc Sala (art director and UI art director of Assassin’s Creed Mirage); Justin Swan (creative director of Rainbow 6 Mobile); Ryota Niitsuma (producer of Persona 3 Reload); Takashi Iizuka (series creative director Sonic); Naoki Yoshida (producer de Final Fantasy XVI); Koji Fox (localization director for Final Fantasy XVI); Alexey Pajitnov (creator of Tetris); Ned Luke (author of Michael De Santa em GTA V) and Shawn Fonteno (Actor of Franklin Clinton in GTA V).

The BGS 2023 program also features great musical performances such as Sonic Symphony and Video Game Orchestra. The first is an immersive experience with the soundtrack of Sega’s mascot, while the second is a show by the band led by musician Shota Nakama.

At the fair, visitors will be able to visit the stands of more than 400 exhibitors, including several of the main companies in the games and technology sector. Among these brands will be Samsung, LG, AMD, Pichau, JBL, HyperX, Razer, Alienware, Logitech, Sega, Nintendo and Ubisoft.

At the game companies’ stands, visitors will be able to test various console titles such as Super Mario Bros. Wonder, Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown, Rainbow Six Mobile, Persona 5 Tactics e Sonic Superstars.

Those who enjoy competitive online games will be able to watch electronic sports matches, such as the Monster Energy BGS Esports championship. The competition will feature 8 of the best teams in the competitive football scene. CS:GO women, who will be competing for a total prize pool of R$50,000.
