Assassin’s Creed Mirage and more: game releases this week (01/10)

The first week of October starts as every gamer likes: full of releases for consoles and PC. The highlight could be none other than Assassin’s Creed Mirage. The new game in the famous Ubisoft franchise promises a return to the origins of the series, with a greater focus on adventure, and nostalgic gameplay.

Still on sequels, there is also the launch of Thief Simulator 2, second chapter of the heist simulation game that conquered the world. Like this Detective Pikachu Returns which is a direct sequel to the first game that delighted fans of Pokémonand even received a film adaptation.

And the week will also be marked by the launch of two titles that suffered delays. The first is Warhammer 40,000: Darktide, which should have been released in 2021 for Microsoft consoles, and will only now get a version for Xbox Series S/X. 1. Thief Simulator 2 – October 4th

After reaching no less than 1.6 million units sold on PC and consoles, Thief Simulator will get a sequel this week. As the name suggests, it is a kind of “robbery simulator”, where you have to plan your actions, as well as be careful to hide your tracks.

2. Warhammer 40,000: Darktide – October 4th

3. Assassin’s Creed Mirage – October 5th

One of Nintendo’s most beloved games will get a sequel. Detective Pikachu Returns is the continuation of the game that was originally released for Nintendo 3DS, and was released in theaters in 2019. Instead of battles between creatures, in it you have to act like a good investigator to look for clues and information to solve crimes .
