Kidrobot has put a special Art Figure up for pre-order to celebrate Donald Duck’s 90th birthday.
The grumpy duck made his debut in the short film The Wise Little Hen, from the Silly Symphony series, on May 3, 1934 at the historic Carthay Circle Theater in Los Angeles (demolished in 1969).
The Donald Duck (90th Year Celebration) Art Figure captures Donald Duck in a pose that perfectly defines his grumpy personality that we all know: completely angry with closed fists, taking a threatening step forward and with an angry expression. The left arm swings freely in a pendulum motion to interact and increase the duck’s irritation.
The figure is made from high-quality resin with super detailed sculpting and meticulous painting. It measures 6″ (15.24 cm) tall and is officially licensed by Disney.
