Neca has put two incredible Ultimate 7″ action figures up for pre-sale with characters from the classic television series The Munsters.

The series brings together Universal’s Classic Monsters in a family comedy set in a typical American suburb of the 1960s. The sitcom premiered just one week after its competitor The Addams Family (on ABC) on September 24, 1964 on CBS and lasted two seasons with a total of 70 episodes. The coincidence of themes and the competition for audience marked the history of both series.

The Herman Munster Ultimate The Munsters (TV Series) 7” Scale Action Figure perfectly captures the kind and naive patriarch of the family, a creature similar to Dr. Frankenstein’s monster, tall and clumsy with 3 interchangeable heads showing different expressions from actor Fred Gwynne, as well as 4 pairs of hands.

The Herman Munster Ultimate figure comes with several scale accessories based on props from the original series: black document folder, pancake plate, napkin, knife, fork, lunch box, an iron bar and a toy Herman doll.

The Grandpa Munster Ultimate The Munsters (TV Series) 7-Inch Scale Action Figure reproduces inventor and amateur scientist Sam Dracula, an eccentric vampire hailing from Transylvania and Herman’s father-in-law, who lives in his basement laboratory and frequently creates potions and experiments that cause mayhem. Comes with 3 interchangeable heads with actor Al Lewis’ features and 7 gloved hands.

Grandpa Munster Ultimate comes dressed in his signature noble vampire outfit, sculpted in detail and including a black fabric cape with red satin lining. The figure also comes with 3 potions, including a love potion, and a shovel as accessories.

The Munsters Ultimate action figures feature multiple points of articulation to pose in various poses from the series and measure approximately 7″ (18cm) tall. The figures are officially licensed and are colored like the series pilot. Each figure comes in individual collector packaging with a window and opening front flap.
