Bandai Spirits and Tamashii Nations have released an action figure from the SHMonsterArts line that looks very similar to the monstrous protagonist of the new film Godzilla Minus One directed and written by Takashi Yamazaki.
The Godzilla Minus One SHMonsterArts Figure perfectly reproduces the kaiju sculpted, painted and colored in detail by Yuji Sakai, using as a basis the original 3D data and models used in the Japanese film and under the supervision of director Takashi Yamazaki himself.
The figure features multiple points of articulation for a wide range of movement befitting the iconic monster. Additionally, for the first time in the SHMonsterArts series, the toes are independently articulated to recreate scenes even more faithful to the film.
The SHMonsterArts Godzilla Minus One is made of PVC plastic, measures 16 cm tall and is officially licensed by Toho studio.
Director Takashi Yamazaki stated: “Seeing the amount of detail and sense of dread we sought in the production of the film fit in the palm of your hand is absolutely incredible. When I look closely at this figure, I see the real Godzilla. I would like to applaud the technology and passion that made this possible.”
The Godzilla Minus One SHMonsterArts Figure action figure costs US$188.55 on AliExpress, which accepts orders from Brazil.
