Handmade By Robots has released two Santa Claus vinyl dolls created especially to celebrate Christmas in the Japanese Amigurumi crochet style.
The Santa Claus Handmade By Robots Vinyl Figure (#385) captures the classic Santa Claus (from Coca-Cola) with his red outfit with white details, hat, long white beard and “button eyes”, plus brown gift bag.
The Santa Claus (Father Winter) Handmade By Robots Vinyl Figure (#387) depicts Santa Claus in the style of traditional European folklore, called “Father Winter”, with green and white clothes with a black belt and a red gift bag on his back. It also has eyes imitating buttons, characteristic of the dolls in the line.
The dolls are made of high quality vinyl with a design and sculpture imitating the stitches used in Amigurumi crochet and at first glance they appear to be made of fabric. They have unique vinyl labels with a barcode decal to simulate a sewn-on label. They measure approximately 12.7 cm tall and come packaged in boxes with windows.
