“As a senior director of Multiplatform and Account Management, you will play a crucial lead role in the definition and execution of the global commercial strategy for PlayStation Studios software titles on all digital platforms besides the PlayStation hardware, including Steam, Epic Games Store, Xbox, Nintendo and mobile devices.”
According to Sony, the position will be essential for optimize profitability of games and boost medium term revenueexpanding the scope of the public through the “Multiplatform Expansion”.
This function is responsible for optimizing securities profitability, ensuring alignment between the areas and leading a high performance team focused on multiplatform expansion, medium -term commercial planning, and the management of platform partnerships.
The description of the vacancy still makes several other quotes to Xbox and Nintendo, stating that it expects to ensure solid collaboration. It is still unclear what this means for the brand’s future, but for many players on social networks, releases as LEGO Horizon e Helldivers 2 may not be an isolated case.
