Under the name of Spider-Man: a new day (Spider-Man: Brand New), we have here a new web head movie, starring Tom Holland again in the lead role.
According to Kevin Feige, president of Marvel Studios, Spider-Man: a new day will bring Tom Holland as a Peter Parker focused on fighting street crimes in New York, leaving aside events of global scale.
Kevin Feige pointed out that the film marks the beginning of an era where Peter will be a true Spider-Man, alone and dedicated to saving the city, as promised at the end of Spider-Man: no return home.
“I think there is a promise at the end of no return home, that as sad as Peter is forgotten by everyone in his life, we are seeing for the first time in the stories of Spider-Man of Tom Holland he being a real Spider-Man. He is dedicated to saving the city and dealing with, to use a simpler term, street crimes, instead of events that threaten the world.”
Jon Bernthal will reprise his role as Frank Castle, the Punisher, interacting with Spider-Man, inspired by the character’s debut in the comics in The Amazing Spider-Man #129

After Spider-Man events: No return home, where Peter is forgotten by everyone, he lives in a simple apartment, with a handmade uniform and a police radio, referring to the classic comics.
The film is scheduled to premiere on July 30, 2026.
