A new adaptation of the Harry Potter franchise is underway by HBO. After revealing the look of Harry Potter yesterday, which was praised to be faithful to books, now the company brought the revelation of another character.
Disclosed today by HBO, the newest image shows actor Nick Frost characterized as Hagrid. In the post of revelation, while some praised the look and were excited, others got their foot behind, stating that it looks more like a cosplay.
“Are they all ready? Here are we! Nick Frost walked his first day with Hagrid’s big boots on the new HBO original HBO HBO series ”says the post. The production of the series officially started yesterday.
In the lead roles, the series features Dominic McLaughlin as Harry Potter, Arabella Stanton as Hermione Granger, Alastair Stout as Ron Weasley, John Lithgowcom Album Dumbledore, Janet McTer as Minerva McGonagall, Paapa Essiedu as Severo Snape, Nick Frost as Rúbeo Hagrid, Luke, Luke Thallon as Quirino Quirrell, and Paul Whitehouse as Argus Filch.
The reboot has no official debut date, but it is expected to arrive between 2026 and 2027.
