Fallout 3 Remaster on the way? Oblivion Remaster studio develops mysterious aaa

In recent years, there have been many rumors about the existence of The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remaster, until finally the game was officially confirmed, developed by Virtuos Games in partnership with Bethesda.

Virtuos Games is known for remastering/redoing (remakes) of games, such as Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater. However, another project described as “AAA” is underway.

Although the details are completely unknown, it is believed that this AAA is the supposed remastering of Fallout 3. This new version of the RPG was originally mentioned in 2023 as part of the documents involving the FTC vs. case. Microsoft.

Fallout 3 remastering has not yet been officially announced, but in April this year, Insider Natethehate stated that the project is still ongoing, answering a user with: “It will take a while until we see it.”

Regarding the mention for an AAA game under development, the information was found in the LinkedIn profile of Rémy Ginoyer, producer at Virtuos Games. Interestingly after the discovery, the information was removed from the profile.

Anyway, so far, nothing has been officially confirmed, so consider such information as rumors.
